Returns for France are FAST, TRACEABLE AND EFFICIENT via our returns portal.
You have 28 days to make your return from the day you received it. For all orders placed after 09/14/2022, returns will be subject to charge. You can find the shipping price on our returns portal or you will need to download your return slip and pay the shipping costs directly to the post office. Please use a trackable shipping option and keep proof of your shipment until you receive your refund. via our returns portal.
Follow the steps below:
1. Repack your items.
2. Log in to our returns portal. You will need your order number, your email & the last 4 digits of your phone number.
3. Select your return option (print return labels at home or in store).
4. Once you have processed your return and followed the postage instructions, you are ready to post it. Be sure to keep proof of postage!
5. Keep an eye on tracking your returns. You will receive an email once we receive your returned item.
